Coloring It provides an AI-powered platform that converts photographs into printable coloring pages using Google Gemini AI models. Our Service includes:

• Photo-to-coloring-page conversion using artificial intelligence
• "Surprise Me" text-to-image generation of coloring pages from text prompts
• Batch processing for uploading and converting multiple images at once
• Booklet and PDF creation for assembling coloring books
• Image editing tools for adjusting generated coloring pages
• Community gallery for browsing and sharing creations
• Album management with public and private sharing options
• Social features including likes, comments, and user follows
• Social sharing to external platforms
• User profiles with avatar management
• Mobile camera integration for capturing photos directly
• Progressive web application (PWA) with offline support
• Subscription and token-based billing system

2. User Accounts

2.1 Guest Access

• You may use limited features without creating an account
• Anonymous users receive 5 free generations per month
• Guest usage is tracked by IP address and browser fingerprint for rate limiting
• Coloring pages generated as a guest are automatically saved to the public gallery

2.2 Account Creation

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account

• Service continues until end of current billing period
• No refund for remaining subscription time unless required by law

• You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process uploaded images for the purpose of generating coloring pages
• Generated coloring pages are your property to use

• You represent that you have the right to upload any images you submit

• We do not guarantee the availability or persistence of offline-cached data

7. Limitation of Liability

9. Termination

• Outstanding subscription periods honored until end of billing cycle
